Return Policy

Payment


 

Payment must be received the same day of placing an order.  If payment is not received within this time frame the item will be cancelled.


We accept credit cards for payment.


 Shipping



All orders are shipped via USPS Priority/Insured mail with delivery confirmation.

Other shipping methods are available upon request, however, should you select uninsured shipping we will not be held responsible for loss or damage of your purchase.


International Shipping Information is available upon request.

Returns



Returns will be accepted only if the return is sent within 60 days of the delivery.


A full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise.

 

A full refund, including shipping charges, will be issued in cases where the return is the result of an error on our part (e.g. sent the wrong product).


There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping.  If insurance was purchased,
please contact the carrier to file a claim for reimbursement.
 

You must notify us of any return so that we will be expecting your package. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.
 

We do not refund shipping cost, except as noted above.  They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
